That's what holding things up but there is lot of support from KOLs and Army Grants. The company has to push for 10 patient phase 2a trial. I couldn't find any evidence that product works if someone can find and post that would be great.

They got Lympro for pretty much free whereas they paid approx. 10 mil dollars for ESS. Paying for lawsuits settlement to both Reginicin and Lonza. The company did eighteen months of due diligence and of course Joseph Rubenfield was on Reginicin board who might have pursued them to buy the product is all encouraging.
