That is simply false! All it states is that they raised it for the beginning of fiscal 2016 (start of last quarter)... and EVEN IF IT DID say they wouldn't raise it further in 2016... management has no credibility in such statements!
Anyone can read it for themselves:
the Company has raised its Authorized Shares to 200 Million for the 2016 fiscal year
It doesn't say anything about remaining 200M for 2016! NOTHING! Only that they raised it to 200M to start 2016!
All they want to do is sell shares from this ATM to pay their bloated salaries!
Anyone check the OS Friday? Are we at 100M yet?
