This is where the trust or faith comes in. I am totally sure Kim is doing everything he can for the betterment of this company.
No one has more to lose than he does.

On the other hand, we will never know everything Kim is up to, so there is some validity to your statement. Nonetheless, it is all for the good of the company, IMHO.
