Agree Dane...esp. since the investor in question claimed CTIX to be a POS when he sold out on a pop after claiming to be in for 3 years and tried to have all here abandon CTIX for the new girl on the block (Axxx). He will be in it only for a technical trade and out with a .20 rise and bashing CTIX again to buy back lower. IMHO...there are enough of them here already...encourage him at $20.00 :)

ps. Motions take 2-4 weeks to get a written decision. This judge is particularly close to the issues raised and will likely address it very quickly.
