The problem you just pointed out is that the last time epgl ever filed an official 10-Q form was on November 14, 2009 when they were still a magazine company.
This epgl today they said they are not going to uplist, refuse to become audited reporting company and other things. They need to file SEC forms and so far nothing says they even gonna doo that.im telling you!!! SEC filings are very important!! Audited financials are important!! But nooooooo... Its just any day now any day now whatever big news they want to promise to everybody.
5 weeks left to go to get whatever big news done by the end of the year, I wanna see what the big news is, by end if this year everybody should be able to find out.

Any day now.
