pj, not sure when you began reading this board. This topic was covered in the winter of 2014. Health Canada issued a public statement to notify Creative Edge Nutrition that a ready to build letter does not mean you have been granted a license, an inference the company was making which resulted in Health Canada clarifying the matter. A ready to build letter is not issued by Health Canada but rather, as part of the application process, the applicant can request a RTB letter to help them along the application process - but - it does not mean acceptance. Even those who have been turned down by HC received a RTB letter if they requested it. It does not mean they have been approved, or are close to approval, it is simply one step along the way. Like many things Bill stated, he exaggerated the facts. I am surprised investors have not sued the company for misrepresentation. The company to this day cites the Town of Lakeshore as saying they had the proper zoning when in fact the town went a step further and said they were in an Agricultural Value Added Zone which severely restricts anyone on that site from processing the finished product grown on that site.
