I think that the CEO is looking forward to this split and building that business without distractions from the MJ venture. That recent deal with production might very well launch this PPS.

On the other hand, an attempt is seriously being made to obtain a grow license. If we lose the local side with the post created zoning law and decide not to appeal, I'm sure the company can pick up and move down the road and sue for damages. The video evidence alone will be very damaging for Lakeshore. The alternate site is outside Lakeshore I believe. Correct me please if I'm wrong.
