my3sons: On 11/23 MSFT filed the following joint stipulation and proposed order extending MSFT’s time to reply. The Judge approved the proposed order on 11/24.

STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER PERTAINING TO BRIEFING SCHEDULE
The Parties to this action, subject to approval of the Court, hereby stipulate and agree that plaintiffs’ answering brief in opposition to defendants’ motion to dismiss (D.I. 16), and defendants’ reply brief in support of its motion to dismiss, shall be filed and served in accordance with the following schedule:

Plaintiffs shall file and serve their answering brief on or before December 2, 2015; and

2. Defendants shall file and serve their reply brief on or before December 18, 2015.

Plaintiffs agree to this stipulation without prejudice to their ability to seek leave for the submission of a sur-reply brief that they may deem necessary.
