I have to disagree with your assessment of these lawsuits and their impact. These law firms are like fleas on a dog, and flock from one potential suit to another. They need to find one lead plaintiff to spearhead the class-action. If they don't, they and the lawsuit will disappear. Seen most of these go nowhere. "Grasping at straws" comes to mind.
