Since the SEC does not recognize the term indicated resource at all, who is going to tell them whether it is allowed to include "resources" below 100 meters? It is all hype to sell shares anyway, so why not extrapolate to the bottom of the deepest hole, especially since the veins are widening with depth?

And who exactly has said the "resource" consists of $1.5 billion worth of minerals? The company didn't - they know the SEC would not react well to that. I guess it's okay for investors to think that way, no matter how meaningless it is.
