Guess there's something to it with 10 willing to take this on.

Cost of defense will be astronomical.
Settlement costs will bury the company.
All at a time when Distributors knowing the what's coming down will put a king size halt to promoting this.

Not a whisper from the company or DJ. No statement of confidence for the shareholders. Pitiful!

Tax loss season is in full bloom and rest assure, plenty of losses to take. Most have been relieved to get rid of the long nightmare.
