He posted just the front page of ROA #6 which is the Service document delivered late September to the Company office.

If he posted the second page of ROA #6 you would see the signature date proving the Service on both entities was complete on October 13.

The actual date of Service on the CEO is much later. See the front page of ROA #7 for factual proof.

Service must happen on both parties.

C.C.P. § 415.30 provides that service is deemed complete on the day the defendant signs the Acknowledgment section of the Notice and Acknowledgment of Receipt form.
