Afford, I agree with what you are saying. This is a good thing overall, but it is clearly focused on the company, not on shorts or hedge fund activities. Nobody will be tracking down who Phase V is or who shorted the stock naked. It is clearly about getting these accusations behind us, and whatever the investigation reveals resolved.

With regard to your statement about Linda agreeing to this, there is this in the letter:

"Following your agreement in principle to this proposal on 13 November, 2015, we submitted a highly qualified candidate who met with the Board last week."

I would interpret that to mean it is a done deal, just awaiting the formal acceptance of the formal request, which probably requires a Board meeting to agree on adding the additional Board member.
