30 cents comes from the shares printed to be sold before the R/S.
they had a par value of 2 cents before the R/S.
after the split they will have a par value of 15 x 2 cents = 30 cents, still worthless (until sold) considering the stock price will be over $2.

2 cents and 30 cents has nothing to do with the value of the stock.

the value of the stock is the last price paid.

imo and in my experience, nobody is buying shares for 2 cents.


BNG will reduce the number of shares they own, money from the sale of finisbank will flow in, and bailout cash will flow in. this will drive the stock price up.

they may drive it back into the ground, but the price will go up nicely before they do.
