He paid back $10.7 million. SEC documents detail it. Everything I have posted on this topic came from SEC documents.

Summary: Schreiber got caught, and had to pay it all back, plus fines & interest. Spin it as "no big deal" if you want. I consider it a big deal.

There is no where it states he had to pay back the 10.7 million on the 350,000 fine.
