Whatever you think the role of BOD members is, this crowd are doing a lousy job. It is dominated by Ed's crony's and the 2 new members are up against it if they want to instigate change. They are both accomplished businessmen and I cannot imagine they are happy with the farce being enacted at present. Dan Hoyt is the enigma and you have to wonder what his motivations and logic are. Like all of us he ain't getting any younger but he continues to hang in there seemingly believing whatever tripe Ed dishes up.
