Wrong. DFI shares were swapped to DFMI shares. The second addendum was changing the name of the licensee from DFI to DFMI in the Iterated contract for the VDK2.0 property.

If you recall, Iterated demanded that they have 5% ownership in the licensee. DFI was an S corp and couldn't comply. That's partly the reason why they changed from an S corp (DFI) to a C corp (DFMI) that could issue shares to a company.

I thought you already knew all of this.
