You've got to be kidding with that statement, literally. A stock that hasn't broken .001 for 6 months and you say someone must want cheap shares? Wow...speechless...
And yes people must be DYING for cheap shares, 100 million at .0005 and not a single person even bought a share. Yes with three zeros where a measly $500 gets you a million shares, yet not one bought.
But on the bright side the company is back to diluting with VNDM
