So Tesarski... One of the conditions for the sale of Texas Sands Resources to VIBE was that the 2000 for 1 R/S Be approved by FINRA? The R/S that wiped out all previous investors in VIBE??? That's pretty low... But then your a crook right? And still a liar... The TRRC would like to have a word about that with you...LOL! You know, All those wells they are currently plugging that you said would be plugged by Treaty including one of the Texas Sands wells that is NOW on the wells to be plugged by the state...

Remember this LIE you told Treaty investors over a year ago?

There seems to have been some confusion as to the “legitimacy” of TEXAS SANDS RESOURCES LLC as a corporation due to franchise tax filings not being completed. This was an administrative oversight and has been resolved.

It's STILL a lie. It was NEVER "resolved" and Texas Sands Resources still isn't even allowed to conduct business.

FRANCHISE TAX INVOLUNTARILY ENDED

The entity's registration or certificate was ended as a result of a tax forfeiture or an administrative forfeiture by Texas Secretary of State.
