I completely agree with everything you stated. This character is nothing but a thief. He will say anything and everything to get money. He has not a thread of moral fiber in him. I would rate a used car salesman higher on the moral scale than this sorry excuse for a human being. If B/S is what somebody wants, there is plenty of that from him.

I, like you, feel bad for the common investor. Unless you have a written agreement with him where you are giving a convertible note, kiss your money good bye.

He sold his soul a long time ago. He did it with any venture he was ever in control of. FTS, churn and burn, dumped all of the assets, Elysium the same way. Just a complete business failure who was able to con a bunch of people out of their money.
