Executive pay is NOT a subject for PR nor much shareholder input. PT's also CEO of Mexus Mexico and no one's ever asked what Mexico VP Julio nor office personnel are compensated. All are so concerned Mexus should appear a respectable corp? That's the way they work. Pulll out your hair but the CoB and BoD voted to award CEO what he felt was just compensation after 5 years work.

Here's all his sales

Transactions

Date Shares Transaction Value

I know another person drew no salary ever. Rob McEwen but began with several billion from Gold Corp build up and began with nearly all (but mostly mine after Reids handed theirs over) US Gold. All MUX exchanged from mergers and Canadian shares has 300.5 million and holds 25% or about 75 million of a NYSE member a-struggle to get back near $1 to stay listed. MUX has 2 operating mines and net qtr income was .01 down from '14 04. PT's got NO operating but small placer output til closed down but now sold off one for 20% off the top no cost and net
qtr income was .00 rounded off.

Now, which will double and triple 1st? MUX to $2 or $3? Mexus to .02 or .03? That's where I'm at and believe PT deserves the reward of a contract, even with himself. Not known here for doing much of anything for no reason. 8
