Ahhh.... that's the problem. He has been nominated for Ethical MICROcap company CEO of the year.

BAYP is a NANOcrap Company, So that's the only reason he can't win.

MIDcap Companies
SMALLcap Companies
MICROcap Companies
NANOcap Companies
NANOcrap Companies

BAYP is in the Bottom Tier.
