Hmm...that's a tough one, could argue both ways. One if its material should be, but could be argued legal side doesn't want it disclosed for competitive reasons and therefore could only be discerned after.

Much like an investment bank doesn't disclose its M&A fees for a public co, but you could 'back them out' from public filings after a transaction has occurred (or guestimate them).
