I respect your financial knowledge but a R/S doesn't help a single long here. You said yourself that you in no way want an R/S. Imagine if you have a million shares currently and the SP went to a dollar. That's an $850k profit. A R/S eliminates the high reward for longs and their percentage of ownership.

You aren't speaking Spanish, but you are trying to convince longs with high reward potential and high ownership that a R/S can be beneficial. It can't. It's only beneficial to small time investors or major investors and possibly the company itself.
