If Eddie is soliciting an offering, why is it not filed with the SEC? More securities violations? Eddie just does not care about following the rules, he just does it Fast Eddie's way. Which is why he got "Revoked".

Since he just doesn't give chit, maybe next up is a C&D and a civil litigation.
