One of my hardest arguments to make was;
A customer should always be treated as a shareholder and a shareholder should always be treated as a customer.

Often one ends up being both. That's why it's a Cardinal sin to threaten a shareholder of a public company.

The reason I was going to ask MM to present my arguments in person;
Two parties don't need to like each other to do business, but if both parties decide their going to do good business, then both parties end up liking each other.

Sorry to say Will disagrees with these concepts. Work under these concepts and all the mud slinging on message boards mean nothing.
