Makes "cents" (sense) that it doesn't seem Torvec would unveil their NEW website with the abundance of information and not be prepared for a potential customer to "order" a truckload of watches only to be told, "oh, we haven't started production just yet but give us your number and we'll call when the watches are available..thanks for your interest, though."
We aren't going to see another Iso Torque. The old website with the "shopping cart coming soon" scenario.
