Once the registration is revoked by the SEC, it will cease to trade anywhere. The stock will be worthless.

The revocation is currently in process. RKO is arguing they should not be revoked, and yet they have done NOTHING to satisfy their current reporting obligations, much less their long past due filing obligations. There is little chance it will not be revoked, which could happen as soon as the end of the month.
