Update on our CFO's legal woes:

Adessky's appeal of his 4 year disbarment will be argued before an appeals panel of 3 judges on Dec. 8, 2015. Likely 3 months after that for a final judgment.

In the second case where the Quebec Bar has accused him of misappropriating over $1 million from a former President of GCEI, John Grub, the Quebec Bar has filed an appeal of the judgment of the Superior Court not allowing witnesses from the UK to testify via video-conference.

The key witnesses in this case against him are from the UK and are sickly so they cannot travel to give their testimony.

I would guess that Adessky has spent over $250,000 in legal fees to date trying to defend himself.

THAT'S OUR CFO!!! The one we trust we our finances. But at least he has not spent 4 years in jail for fraud like our IR expert, Randy Renken.
