OTC tickers like these are the 'very-worst-of-the-worst. They are like the greasy and poisonous gas station 'rest-rooms' (so-called) that travelers encountered in the South, during the 1950's: no toilet paper and no running water ... and (most importantly), no lights whatsoever.

But the VENDING MACHINES worked perfectly.
