That happens from time to time on otc stocks. It's nothing spectacular. They can print trades wherever they want for whatever reason they have. Often these trades are right at the open because they will act as if bids are not active yet and therefore you will sometimes see such trades on otc stocks. Rare but they are happening on other stocks too. I should know it since I follow 300 stocks at any time. If you are totally lucky and you have a bid in and they wanna give it to you then sometimes you get some crazy fills. Has been happening to me in the past a few times but usually it doesn't matter how many bids you have in higher, you won't get any shares. In this case I had higher bids in and obviously didn't get any shares.
