Even a total win at trial will not save it if they never succeed with sales contracts that get the factory going and start money flowing.
Now, perhaps with a clearing of the SEC issue, there might be people out there more likely to deal with them.
Perhaps the Brazil and Mexico parties are waiting for a conclusion.
I doubt it, but it is possible
