We are somewhat limited by the Exchange and the SEC with regard to what we can say and I hesitate to discuss timelines simply because they are just too difficult to predict. The research we are doing and the technologies that we are developing are on the leading edge of where the industry is going but new and advanced technologies are sometimes a difficult sell even in an industry that is using technology that is 10 or 15 years old. Our recent press release regarding the elimination of silver in the solar cell manufacturing process will make our story an even more compelling one to the manufacturers we are approaching.

I can tell you that with the progress we are making in the laboratory in Rochester and the work we are doing with Eurotron we believe that both the black silicon process and the all back contact HIT cells using our patented laser technology are very close to commercialization. This scientific and solar equipment manufacturer approached us when they became aware of the work we were doing and are excited about bringing our technologies to commercialization. We are working on building a prototype panel with Eurotron. They have given us the specifications so we can adapt our technology to their HIT cell structure. When this process is completed we will have a complete product to show manufacturers. Our scientists and our Scientific Advisory Board feel that an efficiency of 18% will prove the viability of the technology and be sufficient to show manufacturers.

Without making too bold of a prediction we think we will see some license agreement and revenue by the end of this year. If not, certainly early in the 1Q16.

As far as commercial cells being available, that will depend on the manufacturer we license the technology to and how long it will take them to start producing cells.
