Direct Capitol Group owns 9,000,000 shares with 9.9% vote. Doesn't make sense compared to 7,400,000 shares owned by Blackbridge Capitol with 9.9% vote. Office for Direct Capitol Group registered with SEC and the office is located at 2930 La Costa Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92009. It is an apartment complex. You can visit the SEC website and look for yourself. Visit the Department of Conservation for California and you can see no drilling permits were applied for nor issued. Pull up Jon Fullencamp, Alexander Dillon, Andrew Coldicutt, and you will find the other players. My post is to warn anyone reading.
To reply to the other post. Do not know who you are and could care less. A great deal of penny stocks are a scam. If you get lucky you get a few real ones. Attempting to do real business. These individuals are crooks and scam artist. With a good attorney and attempting to do a few things you might be able to escape jail and prison. But when you keep repeating the same scam; eventually that pig does not fly any longer and that dog don't hunt. Down they go. So enjoy yourselves scamming people till you face yourself one day in prison in Club Fed or wherever.

I only play with what I can afford to lose. We all can get sucked into things. I did years ago with GRPR and still watching them play it out. Unless their scam is the big scam. Making everyone think this is the scam and than they pull off the biggest scam ever. It is real and they have most of the shares. Ha. What a grifter play and move. But I doubt it.
