What is interesting, old BIOHF guy, is that I first posted the entire quote and pointed out that the partial excerpt was included in a misleading manner to somehow apply to ROTH. Unlike the true subject of the warning which was for dormant shell companies with no business activity to release news, ROTH of course has:
Sucanon, tested in preclinical and clinical studies with publicly verifiable results, one study in a peer reviewed publication.
Sales/revenues unaudited but published on otcmarkets.com with company officers signatures.
Approval by government authorities in Mexico and Canada for sale with or without a prescription.
$160k in orders from, and product on sale in Similares online and retail stores throughout Mexico

All direct and verifiable evidence contrary to the false narrative of: fake offices, no sales, untested snake oil, fake drug, only contains inactive ingredients etc.

If one considers the definition of fraud these repeated verifiably false claims fit the definition perfectly
