took all the cash for himself
rarely paid debts
had products that don't work
ran sham contests
created a social network with no users, no appeal, looked like it was made by monkeys
announced big deals in foreign countries that never produced results
told us he would not do a reverse split, and did a reverse split
tried to sue posters on the board and didn't show up for the trial
bought rouge paper and plundered it, forcing it out of business
hired dozens of high level people, only to see them leave in months
consistently shows a deep lack of business acumen and marketing skills
manipulated filings and pumped the stock to line his pockets
used predatory lenders to suck cash
the list goes on and on, the question is how was anyone fooled.
