Murph53- As long as your're willing to wait it'll probably work out.
Question is- How long ??? I'm not willing to wait years on a possibility.
I will say this though, the chart is showing positive signs as a base is clearly in evidence and forming. So if technical analysis has validity, ( and I think it does), the risk is minimal and the reward could be sizeable once it comes out of the base.

As for me, my bet is with CTSO for the moment. Equally good base with proven product.
