To: Juan C. Mendoza, Director and Chief Security Officer, Bourque Industries

Juan left a simple message on my telephone, appended with a request that I telephone him to discuss further my conjecture made, as follows: Quote: "A picture of Bourque Industries appears to be coming very clear now, that John Bourque, Carol Condon, Charmaine Berry, and Juan Mendoza all dumped their shares 2½ years ago..."

In regards to this subject matter in focus, MerthyrQ accurately "put in fact" the manner, call it a conclusion based on available facts afforded me, the method by which I expressed my opinion, that being "I have neither seen nor heard any credible evidence that any of these persons dumped their shares."

Let me make it clear. The foundation of information from which I try and understand this company, Bourque Industries with focus on John Bourque, has a very weak base of verifiable data such that only unaudited facts (financials) coupled with a very strong hindrance to understand status at this company from a lack of communication from company to shareholders.

Juan Mendoza stated very clearly in the message he left for me, as follows: "John Bourque, Carol Condon, Charmaine Berry, and Juan Mendoza did not dump their shares 2½ years."

I have no difficultly accepting this information, but it should be clear that just as my hypothesis was not supported by any facts, just my suggestion of what could be possible based on not having any evidence to circumstantiate what I think could be possible, Juan Mendoza's statement has no supporting data as to his claim of facts.

It would be a better spent of time, taken by Juan Mendoza, to assimilate and understand other areas of concerns I have mentioned.

To me the one most important is as follows, and any direct conversation with Juan Mendoza by me has the following as on-topic, not share dumping.

"John Bourque knows fully well that he has screwed the shareholders, and prevented Bourque Industries from attaining success by it's own means, by not transferring from the 09/29/2011 "strategic business acquisitions to consolidate all facets of Kryron technology into a single corporate entity" the full instructions of how Kryron is made."

If this concern has validity, which based on the lack of information of activity from Bourque Industries to the shareholders it is unknowable as false or accurate, then this to me is of most importance, not for me but towards past Bourque Industries officers that if knowing that the full Kryron instructions were not present at Bourque Industries while John Bourque was in prison, then that I'm sure is a legal matter to consider.

Will Juan Mendoza address that and explain why Bourque Industries was unable to function until John Bourque returned from prison?

I doubt it and expect some confidentiality bladder as response.
