45 days would fall on the 14th which is a Saturday so I would assume by Nov 13th or the 16th. Last yr they filed on the 12th.

Any prediction on revenue #s? I think they report $1.7mm and celebrate the 100% increase from last yr same qtr figures. The old "We still suck but we suck a whole lot less"


Q1 1.43mm + my $1.7mm estimate would leave them needing approx $6.9mm the final 2 qtrs to hit their conservative $10mm estimate. Keep in mind that their estimate (which was $10 to 12mm btw) was based on the clients they had on board as of May 2015 and did not include any supplemental sales derived from the large shippers. A pleasant surprise would be $2mm+ this qtr with 15% of sales coming from newly acquired customers.

Since they anticipate a hockey stick shaped sales jump I would expect $2.7mm followed by $4.2mm to wrap up the yr.
