Why? Because to buy & sell a stock you know is a scam is one of the most reckless thing you can do with hard-earned money (unless you have insider trading information). A scam stock will turn south & go to zero in a heartbeat on you.
Without insider trading information you are just guessing & hoping. Long term successful investors don't do that.
