I do not know when the annual meeting will be, but I heard something else from Benchmark on the phone today (I called Benchmark at 866-703-4778) which I thought would be of interest.

In two or three weeks Benchmark expects to set up a teleconference for URHG. Benchmark will call people and invite them to participate and hear what URHG has to say. At the end of the session, those people would be able to ask questions directly of the URHG management on the line.

Benchmark has my number and will let me know about this teleconference, so I assume that anyone who is interested can contact them and participate in this, also.

I don't know anything more than what I wrote above, and therefore really have no basis to judge if this implies something positive, negative, or important. However, it does sound to me like a positive development.
