Has anyone here heard about an active SEC investigation into the business practices of Dave Walker and some guy named Timothy Lambirth from something they did to a major investor in their solrayo sub corp. I was told by someone involved that the Wisconsin Securities Fraud Bureau chased them out of the University of Wisconsin and that they have evidence that will convict them? Has anyone else verified this?
