Those new investors,were probably always there, on the OTCQB there is no real reporting requirement for institutional ownership like there is on Nasdaq.

If you read the prospectus on the Series B preferred, you know one of the requirements was uplisting to Nasdaq. The other one was incorp in Del and authorize 3.5B shares

So as for M&A, if you look at the trading patterns of this "slow and steady drop" you will notice the insiders play the stock 3 biz days b4 M&A decision. Look at this last one, you can see it.

So, just sit back and wait for .20-.30 upswing in about 4 hours of trading, then you know we are close to decision time. Loose lips talk and listeners listen and some take action, been that way since the dawn of man.
