Valeant has nothing to do with ZIVO .... so dunno why Valeant article is posted here. This is the ZIVO board.
Of course I know why it was posted here ..... as the proof is in the comments ....... but has no relevance here.

Prior mentions of Valeant on this board had to do with the wave of acquisitions of targets and companies in the pharma space ...... of which Valeant has been a prominent player. The point being ....... it is cheaper for big pharma to acquire proven or near completed candidates than spend the billions it takes in R&D that may never pay off in an approved application. So further point being ..... when ZIVO finally finishes collaboration and characterization and thus a marketable proven candidate, licensing becomes a much greater reality as well as the potential the bioactive could be acquired given the current state of the environment.
