Conference call and enrollment give little to be bullish about. However the balance sheet, about 7 bucks per share in cash, give me pause. Bought shares last week for a trade. One take away from the call was their ability to reduce costs in step with shrinking revenues, remain cash flow positive. Musical chairs with the Feds and regulators. If they can achieve reasonable settlements and use the cash appropriately you'll get higher prices. My plan is to hopefully scale out of shares above 8 and watch the story slowly develop.
