CEO Weinert big talk even bigger hype that aided in the last run (btw the float no longer ids what was last reported but well over 33% higher...still small enough but those shares supposedly locked up that belong to the insiders no longer here have never had a legend on them so... ) but when all is said & done--BANKRUPTCY

Filed 10/26/12... 2-1/2 years ago... selling the same cheap Chinese art and wall decor. The top 20 creditors were owed over $13 million. Weinert claimed less than $50k in assets.

Revenues are pointless if you can't generate profits.

Scott Weinert has resigned & removed The Phoenix Fulfillment Group from AURI & is putting it into another deal with a ticker supplied by a convicted felon (ex cop named Mike) & has brought along the Perley Dreamer Dave with him. btw that trailer of so called worthless art has also gone with Weinert as it was his name on the storage contract & $20k is already owed on that as well which neither Edward Vakser nor AURI could afford to pay for. Also Weinert was the Pingo deal & that as well has been pulled. Funny no one has made the proper calls to find this out. Edward Vakser is locked out of OTC Markets for filing the above as he owes them $2600. $2100 then after surpassing the 45 day delinquent period w/o making payment now an additional $500 was added to that amount owed.

Eddie lives here until as AURI is Edward Vakser's last cash cow for now
