the reverse split is for the convertibles... and appease those cunning investors

this is again to screw the bag holders here more

there is no buyer @ .0001 so if they issued shares for those convertibles they would have been like paper for these investors..

now to help these investors they are doing a reverse split. please check the financials they have huge convetibles pending . with reduced A/s they would not be able to even honor them.

After reverse split .. please be sure the A/s would be raised back to billions or unlimited again

we have more bagholders expected soon
