chatter of stock buyback making its rounds.

adding to this one down here.

I think the stock will really only move with buyback right now or div increase. 1,500 layoff will free up cash.

however, they are losing some market share and costs will go up since they cant have "prison" workers anymore. lol

under $35 I like it, around $30-$32 I really like it.

WMT is also a buy now
