Suggesting SIAF does not have a wide range of customers and therefore will not be listed on a major exchange.

I don't think that's true. Regulators want companies to disclose the concentration of credit risk if they have any big customers so that investors are properly informed. It doesn't affect a listing IMO.

Does HERB have this problem?

Don't think so. The 10-K says the have 219 distributors and 38 direct customers. I can't speak for the new assets of course.
