No. Gansu Yasheng Industrial has nothing to do with this deal. We always assumed it would be Gansu Yasheng Industrial but that's because we didn't know there was another sister company, a non-public one, owned by HERB's parent. We are swapping assets with Gansu Yasheng Agro-Industrial and Commerce Co. Ltd, a non-public company.

So, our parent (Gansu Yasheng Salt Chemical Industrial Group) owns all 3 of them. But only 90% of HERB of course (we own the other 10%).

I actually dug into the Chinese filings of Gansu Yasheng Industrial to see who the parent was. Gansu Yasheng Salt Chemical Industrial Group (our parent) wasn't mentioned directly. There was an intermediary or something, but no doubt our parent owns a big chunk of that one as well. They own 100% of Gansu Yasheng Agro-Industrial and Commerce Co. Ltd though, the entity we are swapping assets with.
